Warranty Terms:

All items come with a maximum 12 month warranty, apart from the exclusions below.

Exclusions to Warranty:
One Way Vision is supplied unlaminated, and comes with a warranty of 6 months.

Any digital prints that are put through for supply within 24 hours and/or do not have the clear laminate coating applied do not come with a warranty.

All vehicle signage is subject to the condition of the paint, if the paint is old, damaged or resprayed, this voids the warranty. Washing a car through a drive-thru carwash or with a high pressure hose also voids the warranty.

Note for vehicles, regarding polishing, hand polish only, do not use buffing discs.

Washing any signage with harsh chemicals (eg. "Truck Wash") will void the warranty.

Proper care for vehicle signs includes (but isn't limited to) washing regularly and parking undercover. When washing, don't concentrate on edges of vinyl as it may lift.

Proper care of banners includes (but isn't limited to) rolling and keeping clean. Washing with detergent.

Proper care of foam letters includes (but isn't limited to) painting every 2 years or sooner if required and washing.

Not properly looking after your signage will void the warranty. This may or may not include; not washing your signage, improperly washing your signage, improper use of your signage. This will be left up to the discretion of the managing director.
